SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All completion dates given are ESTIMATES ONLY.

Multiple pieces ordered simultaneously will require more time to build.

I work alone so orders can be delayed if I encounter any unforeseen circumstances.

I'll always inform you of any delay but please understand that delays of up to a couple of weeks can, and sometimes do, happen.

I do my best to personally deliver all of my furniture so as I can ensure the best care is taken with each & every piece.

If I'm unable to deliver your item personally all larger pieces will shipped via a trusted private courier.

Smaller items; such as window boxes, shelving and some smaller storage units are shipped via UK MAIL on a 'next day' service.

I welcome collections from my small workshop in Leigh, Lancashire.

Bespoke furniture is not eligible for return or refund unless the completed piece is faulty.
