Bespoke furniture is not eligible for return, refund, exchange or cancellation unless the completed piece is faulty.

I only use beautiful FSC certified pine that I source from local timber yards.

The wood used within your item(s) may have nail holes, knots, dents, saw marks, staining and there may be a certain amount of bowing in the wood.

There will be differences in colour from piece to piece and from the examples shown. This is impossible to avoid due to the nature of the materials used. For example; an item ordered in March will be different in colour to a piece ordered in October. 

I sand and finish the wood to create a very smooth surface whilst maintaining the original aged look and finish it with two coats of high grade & eco friendly wax-oil.

As is the nature of wood, especially old and well used wood that will have spent time out of doors, these pieces will take time to settle into their new home environment - they will move and twist and bow a little; especially if placed directly in front of a heat source.
